Ashton Consulting is looking to expand rapidly over the coming months and as such is looking for hungry “go-getting” sales people to join their recruitment team.
THE ROLE:
Ø You work an IT vertical market that fits with your current sales background.
Ø You manage your clients and understand their recruitment needs.
Ø You manage your candidates and their career aspirations.
Ø You develop new business and sustain an ever growing key client list.
Ø You have the ability to work autonomously with the support of a professional recruitment team
Running a recruitment desk is like running your own small business – you can release your entrepreneurial flare.
THE PACKAGE:
Ø We pay between 15-30% commissions dependent on revenue generated.
Ø Commission is uncapped.
Ø On top of a competitive basic salary realistic OTE in 1st year £35-40k, 2nd year £45-£55k, we have seen consultants earn £100k + on our commission structure.
Ø Excellent incentive trips to places like New York and Monaco.

YOU WILL NEED:
Ø Strong business to business (B2B) selling skills.
Ø A ‘can do attitude’ and enjoy the thrill of the chase – fearless of cold calling numerous clients before getting a ‘yes’
Ø The ability to close deals through effective communication and listening skills at all levels.
Ø IT literate.
Ø Motivated and keen to take on a new challenge working to set goals and parameters.
Ø A CV that demonstrates commitment to roles and sales success stories.
Ø Graduate Trainees will be considered with prior sales experience either in telesales or an outbound selling environment.
