TEAM MANAGER/TEAM LEADER

Salary: Up to  £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (Dep on skill level) - Uncapped commission & Benefits.
 
Ashton Consulting are looking to expand their management team by recruiting an experienced team manager / leader to head-up an exciting new project.

Reporting into the Director, this is a fantastic opportunity to shine.  You will be responsible for building and driving a team to success.

 RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Salary: £17,000 - £19,000 basic salary per annum (depending on experience) plus excellent commission and benefits package.

Training & progression... We offer a structured training programme tailored for you by your manager/ team leader and delivered by a specific coach so ensure you are always learning and developing.  Once you've proven yourself as a successful consultant, you will receive training on making the step up to a team leader and then again when promoted to manager.

Targets... It's important that you feel they're achievable and therefore we ask you to help set them!  We will support and guide you throughout the planning and target process but we're a business, not a crèche so like to ensure we're all working in a professional manner.  When we say it's like running your own business, we mean it!
